Uploading of polygon site for manual command line processing

I’m having a problem in installing sen2agri automatic mode, so I decided to install it manually.
However the software user manual/documentation says that the web interface will be excluded in the manual mode.

How can I upload my polygon site (that would be used to intersect with the landsat 8 and sentinel tiles) if I would not be able to access the web interface of Sen2agri?

Hi,

The site extent is stored in the database (the site table), and you would have to manually insert a row there. I’d recommend against this.

There is a shapefile you’ll need to place on disk, with the in-situ data for the L4 processors. But we aren’t there yet.

The manual mode is useful when e.g. you already have L2A products and you want to run a specific processor.
