MACCS is unable to create symlinks

Goog morning

I have been trying to create some L3A products. So far, I managed to install the system in a network drive (i mount it through fstab) and to make it to download the products. The fstab lines are:

//{ip}/EOdata/ProcOptic/S2-sen2agri/archive /mnt/archive cifs rw,username={username},password={password},file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777,noperm,vers=2.1,cache=loose                0 0
//{ip}/EOdata/ProcOptic/S2-sen2agri/upload /mnt/upload cifs rw,username={username},password={password},file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777,noperm,vers=2.1,cache=loose          0 0

The problem is MACCS is unable to create the necessary symlinks for the processing, as I found the following in some product log:

2018-10-28 11:19:07.469273:[93920]:Could not create sym links for /mnt/archive/dwn_def/s2/default/site35tlk35tll/S2A_MSIL1C_20170923T090701_N0205_R050_T35TLK_20170923T090829.SAFE

What might be the source of this problem?
