L3A Processor in manual mode

Dear all,
I am currently in the process of testing the sen2agri L3 processing capabilities and I am running into a number of problems. I installed the sen2agri system on a CreoDIAS CentOs instance where we have access to a full archive Sentinel-2 L1C and L2A Data. My first question would be: Is it possible to use the L2A data on that archive. Its essentially the set of L2A data processed by ESA with sen2cor.
If yes how can I ingest the data to be able to run it with the L3A processor in manual mode (ie. via composite_processing.py)
If this is not possible I assume I have to run the sen2agri L2A processor (with MAJA) on the L1C data-sets. I tried this already in manual mode using demaccs.py as described in the User Manual in section 4.4.1. But unfortunately this failed with an error which I assume is connected the the maja gipp files not matching my maja installation.
Currently the latest Maja version is 3.3.5 (with the only alternative beeing 3.3.2 available at https://logiciels.cnes.fr/en/node/58?type=tel ) and the maja_gipp files available for sen2-agri are for maja version 3.2.2.

-> Concerning the Sen2Cor archive, yes you can use this archive instead of running MAJA; it was one of the added functionality from the last version 2.0.2 of the system. To do it, the instructions are given in the SUM (p.62): http://www.esa-sen2agri.org/wp-content/uploads/resources/technical-documents/Sen2-Agri-Software-User-Manual-3.1.pdf.
-> For MAJA, if you want to use it, you need to install the 3.2.2 TM version, which is available on the CNES website (it was temporary removed at some point): https://logiciels.cnes.fr/en/node/58?type=tel
-> For MAJA, an open-source v4.0 will soon be available so we will update the Sen2-Agri system to be compatible with this.
