I am trying to run the L4B Crop Type Processor with In-situ Data. My In-situ Data was successfully uploaded to my Site but when I click Submit on the L4B processor an error message stating “Missing shape file due to a problem with your selected file (Unable to access your selected file)” appears. It sounds like an issue with permissions to me but I think everything has the correct permissions… ls -la /mnt/upload gives the following results:
