We have realized that there are images available (without clouds) in Scihub that are not downloaded and we do not know why.
We define the site, we define the zone and the period of time and some later or previous ones are downloaded but they are not.

Could you provide the system version that you use, please?
If you are using an older version, please upgrade it to version 1.8.3.
If you are using version 1.8.3 please provide the logs from the sen2agri-services in order to figure out what would be the problem.

The version used is 1.8.3.
In the log we have not found any errors, simply the images have not been downloaded.
The zone corresponds to the footprint “SUG” of sentinels2 and the interval is from December 1, 2016 to March 30, 2017.
