Crop Type Processor not working via custom jobs section

Hello,

I’ve submitted two crop type maps jobs in the custom jobs section. However, it seemed that it is not running based on my htop command.

I tried troubleshooting this issue, found in FAQs, relating to slurm and mariadb. After that, it showed that my mariadb and slurm are running well.

Are there any things that I missed out?
