ATBD for L4 dynamic crop mask product

Hello!

I was reading through the Sentinel-2 Agriculture Design Definition File and the following document was reverenced many times there:
Algorithm Theoretical Basis Document for L4 dynamic crop mask product
Where can I find it? Or is it even accessible?

The similar question was asked in this thread, but nobody has answered it.

Indeed, I was not able to find the referenced ATBD documents at all. I would be grateful I would really appreciate if someone could point me to them. I have only found the L3A ATBD document but no the others.
